ESTATE and TRUST ADMINISTRATION Advice and counsel in selection of the appropriate means of estate and trust administration including formal and informal probate, summary probate, special administration, trust administration and operation, and asset transfers and distributions at death.
BUSINESS ENTITY FORMATION Advice and counsel concerning selection of the appropriate business entity (corporation, partnership, limited liability company) together with preparation of the necessary organizational and operational documents and communication and coordination with accountants and tax professionals.
BUSINESS PLANNING Advice and counsel regarding on going business operations together with negotiation and preparation of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, buy / sell agreements and other commercial transactions.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE and TRAFFIC Advice, counsel and representation in misdemeanor and felony proceedings and municipal and criminal traffic matters including O.W.I.
REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS Advice, counsel and assistance in commercial and residential real estate transactions including deed, mortgage and other title document preparation, easements and boundary matters, title analysis and title clearance proceedings.
